As ur question 1.PARK HOTEL was smaller than 三井花園 if same standard room ,but not very convient both(5-8 mis to subway) 2.三井花園's lubby more interestang or fun than PARK 3.PARK more cool,三井花園more modren 4.PARK old,三井花園 more new 5.I really hard to choice cus both fine.....
